Refund policy

Every buyer who does not receive their product on time (within the specified delivery times) has the full right to a refund.
The refund is made immediately

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Any items returned for refund must be in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact (if applicable). Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product has been fitted. Items can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

The cost to return any items is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the return you will be credited the purchase amount minus the original outward postage cost.
